How It Works
You need live jazz? We’ve got you covered. We’re your jazz brokers.
Give us some details about your gig – time, date, address. And how much you want to pay. Then let us know what type of jazz music you want.
Once you submit your request, we’ll get to work and identify the best musicians to perform at your gig. We’ll try to come back to you within 48 hours with an answer.
We donate our commission fee from every gig that we book to social service causes that benefit the New Orleans creative economy. New Orleans gave the world jazz. Now we are giving back. One gig at a time.
What are some of the bands that I can book?
We have relationships with hundreds of musicians in the New York area. You can browse some of the talent available through MFT here. Right now we are only booking gigs in the New York City area and Hamptons.
How much money goes to social service causes?
Say you book a band for $300. We’ll donate our entire 10 percent commission, or $30, to social service causes in New Orleans.
What are the causes?
We’ve partnered with nonprofits in New Orleans that benefit the creative economy.
