Dave Matthews joins Music For Tomorrow!

Dave Matthews has joined Music for Tomorrow's Advisory Board, a non-profit organization which seeks to save the music of today for the world of tomorow.

Dave Matthews joins prominent business leaders, artists, and thinkers such as, Jude Law, Wynton Marsalis, Ron Grant, Ben Jaffe, Michel Camilo, and Johnny Iuzzini among others in preserving the future of jazz music and nurturing the jazz creative economy.

MFT focuses on invigorating jazz's cultural economy by providing opportunities for jazz musicians. MFT produces music events, grows jazz audiences, connects listeners and musicians through social media, and distributes funds to programs that aid jazz and jazz musicians. MFT strengthens New Orleans one gig at a time.

"We are delighted and thrilled to have Dave Matthews join our board," said Brent Reidy, Executive Director of Music For Tomorrow. "We are grateful for Dave's commitment towards the future of jazz music and are excited for this collaboration. There is much we can learn from his phenomenal success of growing a grassroots organization."
